Had my best opening day in NY ever. 24 deer, 11 bucks. This one and 3 other buck chased a doe right under me at 12:45. Amazing what a hot doe (or 2) will do for you.
Stay after them Dan. Gun season started a week early so there's still hot does getting chased hard.

They say everything happens for a reason.
