Further, when I was Chief Of Staff at the Wing in Pensacola, virtually every weekend, I'd grab a student on Friday for a 0800 go. We'd launch, leave the throttles at MRT and be 'in the break" at NAS Jax in 42 minutes. Wife would pick me up, the conehead would go to the BOQ (and he was on his own, all he had to do was show back up sober on Sunday at 1100 or so), and on the way back to P'Cola, we'd do a round-robin with several approaches and or "Touch and Goes" before back to P'cola Sunday afternoon. That's what you call a "booty call" impersonating a Training Flight (which it was).

A good principle to guide me through life: “This is all I have come to expect, standard lackluster performance. Trust nothing, believe no one and realize it will only get worse…”
