I raised pigs for years. I would starve them the day before slaughter. Then I put food in the trough as an attractant. The muzzle of the rifle was 1" from the pig head. The guys that slaughtered them never had a problem with 22 mag to the brain, but a few times 22LR bounced off, and the pig would go hide in my woods.
