1.5" @50yds is doing real good using a 4x scope....
You are kidding - Right ??
If I had a 22 that shot 1.5" groups at 50 meters it would be gone in a heartbeat.
My standard for any of my 22 rifles, including my CZ 452 American, is a half-inch at 50 meters for 5 shot groups and certainly no more than 3/4 inch 10 shot groups.
