130gr Nosler Partition 60.0 H4831SC
3100 almost exactly out of my 22" Custom Ottmar/Grisel as measured by lab radar.
Or just about any other good 130gr bullet.....
Yep, I have yet to find a 270 that H4831 didn't produce great groups and velocity with most bullets. But I only have four 270's so what do I know......
I'm odd man out. I have four too (3 M700s and an M70) and have shot a lot of different powders and bullets in them. The M700s all shot both RL22 and Ramshot Hunter faster and more accurately. My M70 I havent worked with as much so can't say definitively until I do some more shooting when the weather cooperates, but it shoots the 130 Paritions with Magpro excellent at nearly 3200 fps.
