Thanks for the info guys. Looks like I will give it a go and report back on the results. Now the question is what barrel maker to use. Ive always had a soft spot for Hart as they are always so nice on the phone but a friend has me convinced that I need to look at Bartline or Kreiger.
What says the masses?
Those are fine, but so are Lilja, Brux, Shilen etc.. Last one I did with a Lilja the customer said he simply could NOT find a hint of copper in the bore between cleanings; said it was literally the smoothest barrel he's ever had.. Just did a second one for him about 3 weeks ago and he's due in this week with another project so I will ask him how the newest one's doing..
