A guy who has cut a lot of chambers told me that barrels are like people, in that every one is different and you can't tell what a barrel is going to do until you shoot it.

I think that it is pretty hard to find a bad barrel and that there is a little luck involved in finding a great barrel.

I have a few barrels from Douglas, Green Mountain, Hart, Shaw, Shilen, and Lothar Walther that I am satisfied with.
