I gotta agree with Art on halibut.....I consider it for people that don't like fish......tasteless and dense.
I grew up in walleye, perch and crappie country and enjoy all of em but I'll still take some of our rockfish
for my favorites.......that is until I can get a smaller Cubera Snapper.
