jerrywoodswalker Campfire Tracker Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 4,329	Longarm, My favorite rimfire scope is the Weaver Rimfire 2 to 7 power. A nice compact scope. Japanese built. I recently bought Leupolds 'Freedom' rimfire scope, a 3-9. Glass is good, I like the reticle, but it is about 50% larger than the above Weaver. Kind of overpowers some 22's. Made in America. I also have a Simmons 22 Mag (Chinese) 4X rimfire. Glass seems fine, though not quite as good as the above scopes. I keep it on my beater 22. Jerry Si vis pacem, para bellum
