Great pics! I made it home safely, but got the crud. Don’t know whether to blame Tom or my insistence that I would wear shirt and sandals while I was I. Texas! Tom did infect me with the revolver bug. . There is only one cure for that. Half way through butchering, ribs in the marinade, and hams injected and curing. Can’t wait to do it again next year!
