baby back pork ribs on there right now @ 225*

I cheated......slow cooker first 5 hrs.....smoke 'em slow for 90 min

Baked tators.....slaw......baked beans on the side......

Couple cocktails while the ribs simmer in the cherry smoke.....

BBQ chicken and sausage and beans etc. enough to eat on for couple , 3 days. 80 degrees here today , ain't the first 80 degree day this year though.
