Find out what changed and fix THAT.

Actually it was caused by a woman (can't remember her name) that was in charge of the TX wildlife under Governor Ann (Maw) Richards. This woman in an attempt to shut down hunting, started encouraging land owners to charge outrageous fees to hunt on their property. They gave classes on how to raise deer and charge large trophy fees. She was pretty successful at it and now it is almost impossible to find a place to hunt that the average working guy can afford if he has a couple of kids. Want to hunt a vermin hog? Most places want a hefty fee for that too and I won't pay it. Let them beg for help!

BULLSCHITT!!!

Yeah, it is.

Ranchers were leasing hunting rights way before Ann Richards became goobernor.

Yeah and some for a hefty hunk of change.
