I guess my issue is they mention the close burning rate between IMR 7977 and H1000, yet it isn't a grain for grain charge weight substitute. Ok, fair enough. I have been able to establish data using QuickLoad for similar Hodgdon/IMR powders such as H1000, Retumbo, IMR 7828, etc. Therefore, my simple question was knowing the load data for the previously mentioned powders, can they provide a max load for IMR 7977?

An appropriate answer should be ...

- use a max charge of XXX
- we are not willing to give out that data
- we don't know the answer to your question

But, to not even respond to the query is where I'm most disappointed with them, any answer at this point would be better than nothing.
