Without any more details about your potential load and firearm (COAL, H20 capacity, barrel length, twist rate, etc) I ran a quick QL for that bullet, cartridge, and powder... and was
really surprised. I'm not sure if the QL powder profile for IMR 7977 is off or if this is the reason why you don't see it listed for this cartridge. But it shows IMR 7977 being
far down the list for optimal powders for this application. At max pressure it generates less velocity than IMR 4320 or IMR 4451 Enduron!
If QL is to be believed, for some reason IMR 7977 is not at all optimal in the 6.5x68mm.

For powders touted to be more temperature resistant Retumbo, Reloder 26, and H1000 would seem to be good bets. Some also claim to have had good experience with IMR 7828 in this regard too.
