Love em raw with just a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Thought cooking them was reserved for folks that overcook red meat 🤦🏼♂️
But my sil has shown me the light with grilled oysters and garlic butter dip.
I like fried foods, but an oyster ? I won’t knock it because I haven’t tried it, but it seems to me oysters are of such a delicate flavor, too much fing around either by cooking or adding cocktail sauce it would be easy to overpower the flavor of the oyster.
But I do love those lil bastids
