My first was a Stallion, had chunks bit out of his mane, as they do, from fighting. The last 2 were gorgeous mares with full manes. I had rugs made from them, but a shoulder mount on the Stallion. I tried to eat a pc od zebra Biltong, but it was too greasy for me. that could have just been me as I am not a big fan of Biltong. Especially 'wet" Biltong, ha. I'm more of an Impala/Gemsbuk on the grill, Pop and followed by Mulva Pudding (sp?) kind of guy, ha. I really like their beef steaks too, very well marbled, the way we raised hem when I was a kid in Texas.
