Does anyone have a recipe that they could share? My wife has celiac disease, I’ve tried to make them but they turn out like hockey pucks.

I can't help with the biscuits but I found a Youtube recipie for gluten free tortillas (for breakfast tacos) that are pretty dang close to my mother-out-law's and she crossed the river back in the 60's, and her tortillas were outstanding...as they should be with water, salt, flour and lard
