I'm gluten sensitive, etc. So I skip wheat products. But I do make GF cupcakes for my deserts. I use a package mix and they turn out great. The name of the company is King Arthur Flower. If your local store doesn't sell them, you can buy them online. If you buy enough of them, they have been known to ship them free. Enjoy. E
