What the hell is a gluten and why was this not a problem 20 years ago?
The gobbledegook is that wheat didn't used to be so genetically modified, enriched, bleached as it was 40 yrs ago.
That's all I can offer. Just what I hear/speak from those affected.
Could be something to it.
