The guy was no threat. He was an idiot however. Probably high.
I haven't watched the video yet, but I have seen enough on youtube to know that every person reacts differently to being shot and when you add drugs into it, you never know.
Why has no one mentioned that the guy could have had another weapon besides the pipe?
The officer doesn't know that.
