Yup.
More Xs or a better target should tighten things up a bit, but I've had bolt guns that didn't do any better.
Easy to load on the bags too, since it only has to open far enough to access the breech, not cock anything. Empties slide right out.
Might trim the front of the base off a bit to make it a bit prettier too, after the killing's done.
