If you're near a major metro area, there should be a shop that can add power functionality to manual seats. Or if they're really good, they could find power seats out of a late model wreck swap them in. Any good Ford dealer service department should be able to point you in the right direction.
They want $4-5K for used 2017+ seat and console sets from what I'm seeing.
