It's not enjoyable or healthy. But I can function. And pretty well.

Ideally, I like 8 hours. And when the time is available I can usually lay down and sleep 8 hours. It feels wonderful.

Then there's days I'm living on twenty minute naps

I work swing shifts and am in the same boat. Getting a CPAP machine was a game changer for me. I try to get 8 hours, but if I only get 4 I still feel rested.
