Agreed...........but 5 hours seems to be a good compromise.
I’m not sure I’ll ever get used to sleeping at night again.

Becoming a day walker takes time. I think you’ll like it when you adjust. I’ve bounced from nights to days back to nights this year. Been a tough road.
Back a while I spent 6.5 years on a 7/2 rotation. Tuesday, 7 nights, off two, Thursday, 7 swings, off two, Saturday, 7 days, off three+ back Tuesday night. The living dead were better adjusted.
