4.5 to 5.5 gets in done when I'm working. Been off for 6 months after shoulder surgery, have been sleeping bout 8 hrs nightly. Return to work 12/2 and will go back to 4.5 to 5.5 nightly for another year or so . Couple years ago started waking up 40 minutes earlier to get a 30 minute work out in before starting my work day and am better for it.


Never take life to seriously, after all ,no one gets out of it alive.
