Then 2 years of trade school or college.

If you don't go, you automatically go in the military at 18. Maybe everyone should go in the military at 18. Those with skills get promoted after basic training. Others remain privates. To cover these costs, you eliminate the Border patrol and use the military and expand the Coast Guard. With expanded military, they could build and repair US roads and highways, bridges, etc, and eliminate the money sent to the states for this work by spending it on expanded military. The expanded military will allow for quick mobilization in time of war, or natural disaster. FEMA could be eliminated and money spent to expand the national guard, which can be called up immediately by the state governors in times of emergency. The military is more efficient in operation than a bureaucracy.

Otherwise the same three above, as well as term limits for all politicians.

Then there is prayer and bible reading in schools. The constitution says we have freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. So anytime anyone wants to pray or read a bible in school, this should be allowed by students on a voluntary basis.
This is out the country was meant to be, Prosperity and wealth has brought us to a lazy turn and no one wants to get off their couch to do anything.
