First time I saw the video I thought stupid teenagers high on something doing stupid teenage crap.

Even decent teenagers can absolutely knock the wind out of you with stupid decisions from time to time, this is why they call them "minors".

I was encouraged to read the stepfather of one of the teens turned them in.

But then I read these kids had previously filmed themselves torturing a groundhog...

...and even worse one of the moms sorta defends her kid....

Throw the book at 'em, but depending on their age they still get prosecuted as minors.
