My first vehicle was a '60 Chevy shortbed Fleetside, in that same Seafoam Green. Black steel wheels, chrome baby moons, cast iron stepbumper. It had a three on the tree with a 235 straight six. It couldn't get out of it's own way, but it was a great first vehicle for a kid. It was pretty hard to get into trouble with that slowmotion old thing. The transmission would pop out of gear after a bit, typical of those old GM three-speeds.

You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.
