Ok, here's what I have...







A couple of them are listed for a 69/69A, but not sure if they will work or not. The spacing on your holes is different from anything I have, so I'm not sure if they simply used some other brand/style of base, or maybe just used whatever they had and made it work. I also have a front base that's made for a drilled/tapped receiver, but didn't have a rear. You may be able to re-drill one of the bases and make it work with your hole pattern, but I honestly don't know.
