I like the Pre 64 70’s, but care little if another doesn’t and much less if someone is trying to yank on my chain about them.

They are great rifles, but there have been a couple great ones that came around since the Pre 64 died. A couple of them are also Model 70’s. I have a Classic Sporter that I wouldn’t trade for any pre 64. Also a couple Kimbers that shoot as well and carry easier. Nula’s that outshoot them and carry easy.


As good as the Pre 64 is, good rifles didn’t end with them and all of you know it. Yet you bark every time some jester pulls on your chain.
