I bought a plain-Jane Henry .22 lever several years ago simply because I liked its looks. To my surprise, it was more accurate and far smoother than my Marlin 39, so I sold the Marlin and kept the Henry. People constantly bash Henrys but, truth be told, I suspect that many of the haters have never handled or fired one. In addition, Henrys lack the "cool" factor of Model 39's.
If you want a trim little .22 that shoots great, Henry is a great choice.
