I like gin & tonics with a wedge of lime in the summer. I've had them made with Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Gordon's, Plymouth and Beefeater's and, for me, Beefeater's and Plymouth stood out. All the other's are fine though. If I drank Martinis maybe my preference would change, but I like a gin that can stand up to the tonic and still deliver lots of flavor.
