I watched a few minutes of it last night. It started out talking about how the blacks in South Central L.A. had started using PCP and it made them so strong and violent that the police had to develop additional training methods on how to handle them.

Then it started talking about a young man who took pictures of his girlfriend while she was smelling a rose,...and how he died after being subdued by the police.

That was enough for me.
