My old boss and church group went to Nee Orleans after Katrina. He said the locals wanted payback to the cops but since they split the thugs shot at other first responders.
Supposedly help groups were given support, that returned fire. Quite a few bad guys got snuffed.
Like it or not, some people need gone.
Hell, a whole lot of people need gone.
