Yeah this is kind of where I come down too. I don't know how many shots I got for various things in my 25 years in the USN but it seemed I got shots every month or so. Depended on where we were going. Yellow Fever, got the shot. Dengue fever, got the shot. Typhoid, got the shot. Malaria, took the pills. Tetanus, got the shot. Tuberculous, got the shot. The only shots I had an issue with was the Antrax series, 6 different shots over a 13 or 14 month time frame and every one of them made it feel like you had acid flowing through your veins. I'd rather get the shot than the virus.


You get out of life what you are willing to accept. If you ain't happy, do something about it!
