There are people charged with the job of stopping crime. They're called LEO's. If they're being hog tied by their superiors, that decision needs to be shown to be flawed. I'm not disagreeing with you but there's an accountability issue.
... the people who had business' and livelihoods destroyed ..... should they be able to sue the state for damages? Serious question, who pays to clean up the mess and get things back to normal ?
