I have taken 2 elk with that combo, it would be more but I switch back and worth with my 338-06 210 partitions. First was a raghorn bull at 340 yds hit him high in the lungs behind shoulder, he dropped at the shot and was dead by the time I crossed the draw to get to him. Last fall shot a big cow at 380 yds, shot her through the lungs. She hit the ground so fast I hadn't got on target from the recoil yet. Seem to work well for my small sample, and shoot flat also.
