I use them exclusively in my 338WM’s (all 4) and have used them on many large deer & Wapiti in Australia & New Zealand.
I also used them in my 338 Edge & 338-416 Rigby Improved on the same animals after the Berger bullets I was using had failure to expand issues. I would have gone for a heavier 250gr or more bullet, but at the time that’s all I had on hand and they worked perfectly.
Funny thing, they do not shoot well in my 338-06, but the 210gr Partitions clover leaf in that rifle.
Anyway, I would not hesitate using the 225ge AB, they simply work.
