A now gone friend used the 165 for deer and elk for years in a Weatherby.
Mostly the boattail. Did fine.
Never a fan of Hornady, wouldn't hesitate to use them, just hate that stupid cannelure.
Petty, huh? Gotta have a reason. And that stupid thing seated way out of the case
