I’ve killed 2 this year. I stepped on one in 68, sophomore in high school. I recommend it for everyone.
Put's things in a new perspective....older mountain folk here call 'em highland moccasins. I haven't seen one in a couple of years, bunch of possums in the area, they love to eat 'em.
