Factory Managed recoil loads from Remington uses a 140 grain Corelokt and 30 to 33 grain ( IIRC) of 4198....
Myself for in the field, I'd go with the standard 30 grains of 4198, and a Nosler 120 or 140 Ballistic Tip...
or the Speer 130 SP, or the Hornady 139 gr SP...
accurate in my Howa 7/08 and has taken a fair number of black tail with my Featherweight, in 7 x 57....
