While I don't want Fed Tax Dollars ( FEMA) per se to go directly to those Dem States/Cities, I do see the need to restore Law N Order. Kick butt, take names, put adults in charge until the madness subsides.
Serious question, do you know of any "adults" in any of these cities?
I am honestly not trying to be a smart-ass but are there any actual adults in Richmond Virginia or Atlanta Georgia or Los Angeles or Chicago?
Short of martial law and a Commanding General taking over a city I'm not really sure how this plan could be accomplished.
