I think that article is BS.
Other than gross differences between primers, such as cup thickness of, say, the CCI400 and the #41, the differences between lot#s within a brand are as great as the differences between brands. In short, their results may be totally different if they did the same test over again with different lot numbers.
In short, there aren't shortcuts. You have to test your loads with your components.
