Laid off 2 months.
Didnt do chit.
Messed uo an elbow and read 3 months of nothing might let it heal.
So.....2 months I did nothing and it does feel way better.
Back to work, favor the one that got messed up, now my other one hurts all the time ( but nothing popped/ tore like other ).
The ol lady bitched, told her surgery would force 3 months off and sick pay would suck.
Her job supposedly critical, so that didnt help w her attitude.
