I have the same astigmatism issue you do. I have opted for low power scopes as the thin and close reticles look like just two lines crossing instead of 4 lines crossing. I have to be wearing my glasses as well. I had to give up iron sights because I kept seeing 2 front sight posts. I got the right post about 50% of the time.
