That's always a risk I guess, where would one go to avoid that possibility?



Question of the day, IMO. I think it's vitally important to know your neighborhood. I believe most folks will be happy to cooperate and see some leadership---the kind that naturally would arise.

It's the wannabe tyrant that worries me.
