If they are only carrying clubs, then they wont/can't do to much if it comes to it. They can jack some folks up but we all know these punks are coming with weapons. I hope they have a secondary line, armed.
National guard is just a show of force. They will step in if totally need be. Any weapons they may have will be empty, unless the rules have changed.
