Then they will have to deal with the issue of where to levy taxes to pay for road maintenance and construction.
The folks to their North have already started taxing alternative fuel vehicles since they don't pay their "fair share" towards road maintenance. I believe VA has ended some of its eco-car bennies too.
Love it when their touchy-feely BS crashes and burns.
Nothing wrong with alternatives, where they work well, but one-size never fits all.
