Indeed your statistics can be blamed on NO ONE but the blacks in America themselves - their tired old chip on their shoulder excuse "whitey is keepin me down" is falling on not only disbelieving ears nowadays, they are falling on deaf ears.
The majority of people in America are growing tired of that type of crap being repeated year after year and decade after decade.
