They are a huge part of the reason there is a problem.
Before their socialist programs, Blacks married, had kids and worked.
Like whites.
Like much of my family, they may have been poor, but that's just how it was.
So, they worked harder to stretch those dollars.
Look at how all those blacks got north of the Mason Dixon.
Why the northern cities have such a black population.
Jobs, opportunities. They migrated north to a better future.
Welfare, industrial closings, drugs...
Things evolve.
There were problems in the 50's-60's, somewhat different
and worse than white communities, but nothing like
the socialists have created.
